How can I set up a report to show which accounts, with active gold or silver level contracts, have not had a case created within the last 90 days?

I have tried different variations of filters and cross filters but the data isn't quite right. I might be missing something simple.

The report is needed because all accounts, with an active gold or silver level contract, need to be contacted at least once every 90 days. We need to see which accounts have not been contacted within the last 90 days, so we can reach out.

Can I segment/restrict/filter who is available as a record owner for a Case?

I want to configuration multiple departments to use Cases using different processes.  I've segmented most of their processes using Permissions, record types and page layouts, but I need to limit who can be assigned as an owner to the different department processes. I'm trying to limit what Users a supervisor would be able to see when attempting to reassign Cases specific to their department.  Can I limit/restrict the available Users to a specific Profile or Group with a validation rule?

Thanks in advance for your response.

    There isn't a way to add a filter to the standard Owner field like you can for custom Lookup fields.

    So one approach is to use the Department field on User and create a Validation Rule that fires if the Department of the User who's trying to re-assign the case doesn't match the Department of the new Owner...something to the effect of:

    ISCHANGED(OwnerId) && ($User.Department != Owner.Department)

Hey all, I'm in a demo org (SDO from the partner learning camp) and trying to get to Workspaces in experience cloud to get to the administration workspace. When I do, I'm sent to a login page for the community and logging in doesn't work. If I use my internal system admin user, it says that user doesn't exist.

I've followed this article:

https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000383785&type=1 but following it isn't solving the issue. "Separate Experience Cloud site and Salesforce login authentication for employees" is disabled but I'm still not able to access workspaces. I've also tried pulling the Site and Network metadata and have confirmed the "admin" profile I have is a member of the site and allowInternalUserLogin is true. Not sure what else might be wrong.

How do I transfer another user's dashboard to my account? I have admin rights to Salesforce and access to the user's account. Thanks

    There isn't a way to re-assign a Dashboard (or a report). Best approach is to Save a clone of it to a common (public) folder, then log in as the other user and Save another version of it in a private folder.

I'm working on the 4th unit for "Field Service Scheduling > Update a Schedule"... I did the previous 3 units in 2022, and I no longer have the playground I used. Can I just use any playground for this? References Ursa Major.

    Hi @Barrie McMillen - You can use any playground. But if there are any inbuilt configurations present in that challenge then you might need to request for a new playground, get FS app installed.

    Hi @Sharvani Rathore - please check if the API name is correct or not. I think the Travel aproval object should contain the field. Please check description, help text as well. Also make sure to check lookup filters

In an FSC Insurance scratc org with source tracking auto-enabled (and working for everything else), the command `sf project retrieve start -o aliasname` doesn't notice I've made changes to an Omniscript Data Mapper.

If I instead use --metadata to specify the DM, it's retrieved and git shows the changes.

Is anyone else having this issue?

    @Alessio Ilari

    , I should have specified the new org is using the "core" version of OmniStudio, so scripts, mappers, procedures, etc., are all stored as metadata now and deployable/retrievable using the `sf` CLI command.

    In new or migrated orgs, the vlocity build command is no longer necessary.

    Setup -- Object Manager -- select the object -- Then check for validation rules

    Hi @Simi Adeyemi

    - Toggle component requires lightning runtime.

    Kindly enable Lightning for flows in the setup and then recheck.

    Thanks,
