    Hi Sai Kiran,

I am getting following error while trying to run “Run Loyalty Program Process” flow

“The flow failed to start because the provided values were not valid: You can't launch a record-triggered flow from within Flow Builder. To launch this flow, activate it and then create, delete, or update a record, depending on the trigger configuration.”

Hi Trailblazers,

I'm working on the "Customize Navigation in Console" challenge in the In-App Guidance module, and I'm getting the following error even though I believe I've followed the steps correctly:

Here’s what I’ve done:

I’ve saved and activated the prompt.

But the error still appears. Can anyone help me figure out what I might be missing?

Thanks in advance!

I was submitting a quiz and it gave me an error and told me to come back later. I noticed that the site was supposed to be available today after 7am pacific time so I am wondering if there was an update?

What has been working:    I have successfully created an LWC component using sfdx and deployed it to my sandbox org. I edit files in vscode, run `sf project deploy start --target-org sandbox`, and the LWC can be found and used on Lightning Pages, etc in my sandbox. I can see the changes as expected in the sandbox. I enabled debug mode in there and sometimes I have to clear the cache to see the changes.    Once things are working as I want, I create an outbound changeset from the sandbox targeting my production org. In the Production org, I deploy the changeset. The changes are seen as expected.    What is failing now:    For the same LWC, deploying the inbound changeset results in no errors, but the changes aren't seen. I'm just seeing a presumably cached version of my LWC in production org. IF I make changes in vscode and deploy them to the sandbox, I see the changes in the sandbox. Every time I make a new outbound changeset from sandbox and deploy it in production, I see no changes.    Things I have tried:    - Log out and back in in production (many times)  - Restart the browser  - Force refresh in production with browser dev console open  - Enable debug mode in production and clear cache  - Completely delete the LWC in production, create new outbound changeset from sandbox, and redeploy in production  - Completely delete Lightning Page that the LWC is on in Production, repeat the previous step, recreate the Lightning Page, re-add the LWC    I have not yet tried to completely rename and recreate the LWC, because if that is the "solution" here, I'm going to cry.    Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions are very welcome.   @* Salesforce Developers *

Try to deploy from VS code. If you don't have any Apex changes, just LWC changes, you can directly deploy from VS code. You can also use Chrome extensions like Lightning Studio to modify LWC changes directly.

Step not yet complete in Data Cloud and Einstein AI

We check your work in the active version of the flow. In the 'Create Check-in Guest Event' flow, we found your most recent changes in a version that is not active. Activate the version you want us to check, then click Check Challenge again.

I tried with both the versions which I have, please help

While trying to complete the "get started with Data Cloud and AI" and completing the "Connect Data Cloud and CRM with Enrichment" steps I find an error stating the following "This related field cannot be displayed because it's not in the current layout". I've already tried to troubleshoot the issue following this steps https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000380664&type=1

but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Also I'm supposed to see an "Add field" option on the right bellow "Related Fields" but can't seem to find it anywhere.
