Hi Trailblazers,

I am trying to find a solution for Double Opt-in Marketing Cloud Advance. (Where a user needs to confirm their registered email) My first thought was to create a landing page with a form with an associated flow. In the flow, send an email where the user needs to confirm by clicking a button and then wait until event to wait (click) and then do Opt-in. However, I have been confirmed by Salesforce support that "Wait until event" does not work in an event trigger flow. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Patrick,

    Yes, there is a solution.

You will simulate the "Wait for Click" activity, by taking advantage that MCG/A stores the Engagement information in the "Email Engagement" DMO. This idea is to send the email, wait for some minutes and then check for a link click in the DMO. If you find a record in Data Cloud, the user is DOI, else you may resend an email. See screenshot.

    Hope this helps 😎

We have a scheduled DLRS that rolls up the CustomAmount__c field from Opportunity to Account. The lookup field on Opportunity to Account is AccountR__c.

Setup DLRS as below:

- Parent Object: Account

- Child Object: Opportunity

- Relationship Field: AccountR__c

- Relationship Criteria: (Type__c = 'Value1' OR Type__c = 'Value2' OR Type__c = 'Value3') AND StageName = 'Closed Won' AND CloseDate >= <Specific Date YYYY-DD-MM>

- Field to Aggregate: Amount

- Aggregate Operation: SUM

- Aggregate Result Field: CustomAmount__c  (at Account level)

Calculation mode is "Scheduled".

We got the error message from this failed calculation job with error message as "Error: Argument cannot be null.. Parent record Ids <List of affected Account Ids>"

I am not sure what the root cause of this error message was. Could someone who is familiar with this error message enlighten me to correct this problem please?

Much appreciated for any guidance and direction on this. I tried to reach out to Salesforce Support but they suggested to reach out for help here.

Greetings

I am supporting a Cordova application that was working fine until middle of May 2025. The mobile app uses cordova-plugin-inAppbrowser version 3.2 and after google updated Chrome to version 136.0.7103.88 the app is throwing the exception 'window.openDatabase is not a function'.  From my research am seeing SQLite was depreciated back in 2010 and Google may have removed it from their browser in the latest Chrome update but it does not say it in the release notes.  Is there a suitable plugin that can be incorporated without a complete re-write to React Native?  Does anyone have experience with this plugin: cordova-sqlite-evcore-extbuild-free ?  From the documentation, the syntax for using is the same with the exception of including 'sqlite' in the openDatabase function. Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to figure out how to display appointments in the Field Service Lightning (FSL) Gantt chart, but haven’t had any luck so far. I’ve gone through the documentation and tried different configurations, but the appointments are still not showing up.

Can someone please guide me on the correct approach or point me to any relevant resources? I’d really appreciate any help.

Have you set the correct horizon (date range), selected the service territories the appointments are created against, chosen the right List View that would include those appointments, verified the records are visible outside the DC (you have access to them via sharing), etc.?

Hello,

We have set up an agent with the Order Inquiries topic.

The flows related to the actions run correctly and display the expected output when debugging the flow.

However, within the agent, the actions still fail to return any output — as shown in the two screenshots.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Has anyone faced a similar issue?

    Hi,

     Thank you for your feedback.

The agent running the flow has full read permissions on the Account, Order, and Contact objects.

Also, the “Show in conversation” option is already checked for the output.

Hello team,

I upgraded the "Classy for Salesforce" managed package in a Salesforce instance. I am still seeing Apex classes as low as 30. Does anyone know if there are plans for a newer release version that supports ICU locale in the next couple of months? Thanks!

    @Nelly W

I reached out to Classy a while back with the same question. This was their answer: "While Salesforce is retiring Platform API versions 21.0 through 30.0, this does not impact the API versions of Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Flows, and Process Builders.

With that said, all deprecated apex classes and API versions were removed from the Classy for Salesforce integration in the 7.34 release. All apex classes and API versions are currently up to date and these changes should not have any impact on the Classy for Salesforce integration."

Hey, same issue here. It seems that trailhead is not relevant anymore; also challenge verifies some custom fields, that I cannot really identify:

" We can’t find all the fields for the custom object named ‘Redemption Catalog for Inner Circle’."
