Hi, I'm working with profiles for "Partner Community" users and have a profile with read-only opportunity permissions. I created a report with some standard and custom opportunity fields, but it doesn't show all the columns. Has anyone experienced this? How did you resolve it?

We are using the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce installed package and have configured various fields (e.g. Phone Number, Genesys URL, Call Start Time, Genesys Queue) in the Activity Field Mapping section in both our Production and Sandbox Salesforce environments.

The mapped fields are filled as expected in the Activity when taking a call in our Salesforce Production environment, but the mapped fields are not filled when taking a call in our Salesforce Sandbox environment (although the default fields such as Call Type, Call Result, Duration are filled).   

As the mapping configuration looks identical in both Salesforce environments I’m wondering if there is some other configuration or action that needs to be done in our Salesforce Sandbox.

Hi,  

 

I have created a flow to send an email when the data stream ImportRunStatus is 'Failure' or 'Error'. As per this doc,

they suggested to use "Ischanged", but i don't see it working. So i tried giving the below  conditions, still not able to recieve the email when the data stream Import Run Status = FAILURE . I have verified all the email deliverybility setting it set to All emails, so no issues in sending the emails.

 

Flow Conditions 

Trigger Object: Data Stream  

Trigger: Record is created or updated Conditions:  

Data Stream Status = Error OR Import Run Status = FAILURE OR Import Run Status = ERROR 

 

Flow to send email when the data stream last run status is failed

    - Yes, I ran it with the specific data stream name. For SFTP-based data streams, when an upsert fails, only the 'Last Run Status' changes, 'Last Refreshed Date' stays the same. Not sure if the flow is picking up this change correctly, as it only changes the Last Run Status.

Case Details: 

 

 

Requirement Details: 

When a new Quote (PCU Order) is created and a product is added to the quote line item, a pop-up message should appear upon clicking the Save button—only if the same product already exists in the order. If not, the quote should be saved without interruption. 

 

Challenges Faced: 

Currently, when a user clicks New Order, the system automatically creates the Quote (PCU Order) and redirects directly to the quote line item screen. This bypasses any opportunity to trigger validation before quote creation. 

 

Solution needed: 

To meet the requirement, the Quote (PCU Order) and quote line item should only be created after clicking the Save button. This way, we can validate for duplicate products and trigger the pop-up accordingly.

Hello all, 

 

I made a bit of a mess in our org while trying to update the "Preferences Page" and the "Unsubscribe All" functionality for marketing cloud growth. 

 

I was following the documentation and in the Privacy Preference Manager

, noticed there were pre-created consent templates and forms. Since they were in English and our customer required them in another language, I attempted to translate them. 

However, the updates weren’t reflecting correctly, so after a couple of failed attempts, I decided to delete the original forms and templates. 

I did a boo boo

 

That’s when things started to fall apart, now in

Marketing Cloud Growth, under Preference Pages and Subscriptions

, the settings appear to be lost. As it stands, I’ve effectively broken both the Preferences Page and the Subscription Page setup. 

The liks are broken and the message is unhelpful "We couldn’t update the subscriptions for this page. Try again later."

Any guidance on how to restore or rebuild these components would be greatly appreciated!

お世話になっております。    リストビュー画面に表示される標準ボタン(例:「新規」「インポート」など)について、以下の点についてご存知の方がいらっしゃればご教示いただけると助かります。

  1. 標準ボタンの表示順序を変更することは可能でしょうか?    ※カスタムボタンのみ順序変更が可能という認識ですが、標準ボタンについても変更できる方法があれば知りたいです。
  2. 標準ボタンよりも先にカスタムボタンを表示することは可能でしょうか?
  3. リストビューに表示されるボタンの数を、デフォルトの5個から8個や3個などに増減させることはできますか? ※6個目以降のボタンをプルダウンの中に隠さずにリストビューに表示させることが目的です。

We recently installed Genesys cloud in the new org. Once we login to CX utility in Salesforce, it logs out within few seconds and we see below error. Please help!

    Hi , 

     

     

    Your Trailhead Playground comes with (2) full Salesforce licenses. If you've already used up both licenses and you try to create the new System Administrator user, it will look like this:

     

    Profiles other than admins also use Salesforce licenses. 

     

     

    If you do not find the "Salesforce" license in the drop-down, please check for the other user who's active with that license and deactivate them, please follow the below steps to deactivate.

     

     

    Goto setup--> users-->click view users drop down and then select "Active users" option. Here you can find the list of active users. Please deactivate the "salesforce" license user.

     

     

    NOTE: Salesforce License can be assigned to other Profiles too, hence please check out all your active user who has Salesforce license and then proceed accordingly.
