Hello:
To anyone who may have an idea about how to integrate third-party survey results into the lead form.

Our company hires out to third-party sales development companies to complete surveys of very specific and targeted individuals. Part of our vendor's responsibility is to A) find the right person and B) complete a certain number of guaranteed surveys as per the contract. Everyweek they give us an update of new names in Excel and I have to upload all those names and map each of the answers to a specific field within the Lead record. And, at times, with new survey campaigns, add new fields to accomodate different questions.

My question to anyone who knows--are there any tools in APEX or products we could buy to incorporate multiple surveys into the lead record so that my team can easily find those results as they do follow-up and so I as an admin do not have to create new fields in the actual lead record everytime we have a new question or new survey campaign with an new set of questions?

I envision a button within a specific lead record that says open the survey results for this individual only.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Survey Swamped and Baffled!

NetDocuments is possible solution, and is found on the appExchange.  It is a fully functional document management service that allows instant and effortless retrieval of data via S-controls.  These S-controls appear as embedded views in the Salesforce interface.  The only thing that will appear in the window is relative data, based off of a background search done each time you click a specific record.

It sounds more complicated than it really is.  In fact, log out of any Salesforce browsers and open a new one.  Log in with my demo account credentials and take a look at some individual records for accounts, contacts, etc.  This same concept can easily be replicated for Leads, or any other tab in Salesforce.
