Quickbooks and Salesforce.com Integration

We are having problems finding a solution for integrating Quickbooks Enterprise with Salesforce.com Professional Edition.  What we are looking for is a solution that takes the data from Salesforce.com Account, Contact and Opportunities and populates Quickbooks.  That's it.  We do not want Quickbooks to send information back to Salesforce.com.  We just do not want to have to double enter information.
 
We have tried AccountDynamics, however you MUST have Quickbooks send data back, AccountDynamics cannot turn that off. 
 
We have also tried eBridge.  Right now it takes HOURS to get one Account transferred over.  This is unacceptable and disrupts our business flow.
 
We cannot be the only company trying to do this.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

I was using Account Dynamics (pre product launch, so not yet tested in realtime) and it seemed an excellent and fast solution. Account Dynamics unfortunately closed its doors today. I have two most critical data migration needs:

1) opportunities from Salesforce to Quickbooks

2) new accounts from Salesforce to Quickbooks

I am exploring the possibility of exporting this data in Excel format from Salesforce and importing this Excel infomation into Quickbooks. I'd like a one way flow of information with one-time data entry in Salesforce with this data flowing into Quickbooks with relatively little effort.

We used Accont Dynamics to intergrate SFDC and Quickbooks, and found it very good.   Today Account Dynamics announced they were shutting down and we now need a new solution to perform this integration.  We do all of our credit card processing in QB and it is VERY important to get a solution to move opportunities to QB so they can be billed. 
 
IF anyone has a solutino please help

Here’s a brief on what the service is and how we work.

InterWeave provides hosted solutions addressing complete integration with Salesforce to Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamic’s, Sage, etc. and many other financial ERP, Database and Web Services.  For those who don’t want a hosted service, we have on-premise software licenses available. 

If your inquiry is about our Salesforce_Quickbooks Solution, here’s a quick summary:

  1. You may integrate any object and any field from Salesforce to any object and any field of Quickbooks.
  2. This is a bi-directional solution. All adds/changes in Salesforce and Quickbooks are reflected in the converse application - but only if you want them to.
  3. We have no constraints in how you set up your business flows and processes. If you want Salesforce Opportunities to create Quickbooks Invoices and Sales Orders, or Invoices and Sales Receipts - you can. You select what combination you want - or don't want.
  4. This is configuration management - not programming. We will bring you into a Customer Self-Service Portal to register, select your combination of objects and flows – and generate your solution – it’s ready to test. If you want a different combination of objects and flows - simply sign back in and re-configure your solution.
  5. This is not a point to point solution – its hub and spoke. All those other databases, on-line services, inventory management applications, web stores, order management – you can now integrate with – in days.
  6. Your solution front-end is logically disconnected from the backend. If you outgrow Quickbooks, we simply connect you to your next selection, ex. Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Peachtree, etc.

We integrate at the data level; i.e., we integrate data in the Salesforce Database with data in the Quickbooks company file. We aren’t involved with how a customer runs their business processes, configures their applications, or grants access to their employees.

But, this isn’t a point to point solution – its hub and spoke. So you now want to integrate other databases, applications, web services, on-line inventory, etc. – you can.
