I'm stuck on Becoming Agent Blazer Champion: Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language. Tried to go from beginning and this is my

fifth time. I get this message when I go into this field:

T

his is in the Flow Builder/Create Check-in Guest Event Flow Builder area. I had previously modified something several days ago and I think I need to start over completely with the whole module. OrgFarm319 has been corrupted or I have modified it so it does not work for me. I need a new orgfarm. How do I do that? Is there a way to reset everything I have completed in this module so I can start over?

Hi Team,

I am currently working on the Become an Agentblazer Champion trail. While going through all the steps in the Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language module, I’m being prompted to create a new playground. However, I noticed that my previous playground is still active. I covered all steps in old playground.

Could you please change the default playground from orgfarm-e2e779130c to orgfarm-5a35456430?

Thanks,

Need help to change the default playground

    Hello Ensure that each product is associated with an active Price Book that is linked to the store, and that the Price Book Entry has a valid Unit Price. Also, confirm that the logged-in user (or buyer group/account) has access to that Price Book and is correctly linked via Buyer Group Membership. Additionally, make sure the product is part of the store’s product catalog and has storefront visibility set. If everything is configured correctly and prices still don’t appear, check the LWC code for the Product Display component to ensure it is wired to fetch and display pricing data.@Sivaraman Ravisankar

    Hi, @Aditi Palange

    In that case you should open your Validation Rule and at the "Error Message" --> type error:

    You can’t backdate an opportunity.

    If you don't have any Validation Rules created on the Estimated Close Date object, please review the previous instructions from this challenge or the previous one to create it.

    Sincerely,

    It takes you about 6 months to prepare for the Salesforce Administrator Certification, which is the first step.

    If you don't have any previous experience with CRM systems, not even as a regular user, it can take you much longer than that.

    Prepare for the exam, you can follow the trail Salesforce offers and I would suggest you also take at least one online course under the topic "Salesforce Administrator Certification".

    You have already joined the community, which is also another great start. Good luck!

    Nope, I'm trying to complete the Control Access to Fields task in the Data Security module.

    Couple of Edit Access are by default grey for me and the error seems it wants all of them to be checked except Candidate and Position.

Hi. My issue is that when I go into Flow Builder, I have 3 errors saying that: Because the sObjectOutputReference field is set, you also need to set the following fields: object. And this shows up for Reservation 1, Unified Link 1, and Unified Link 2.

I have a new epic org but when I see the Create Check-In Guest Event data, it is telling me it was edited several days ago by me. Help!

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a Flow that I just can't get working. I have an existing Record Triggered Flow that when an Opportunity is closed, it sets that opportunities Close Date to Today, great!

The problem is I need to do a big update to all previous Opportunities that were closed before I created this flow. My first thought was a simple Get Records for all Closed Opportunities, and filter to only have the ones that the Close Date did not equal Last Stage Change Date, then Update these records so Close Date = Last Stage Change Date. Obviously this didn't work.

I'm now down the rabbit hole of endless loops and transforms and I simply can't figure out why it wont work.

Please send help.

    you can't directly achieve with flow.  LastStageChangeDate is a read-only system field,  It’s not directly available in Flow, only via Apex or SOQL. I would suggest to try one of these options.

     Option 1: Use a Scheduled Flow with Invocable Apex

    • Create an Invocable Apex Class

    public class UpdateClosedOppCloseDate {

    @InvocableMethod(label='Fix Opportunity Close Dates')

    public static void updateCloseDates(List<Id> oppIds) {

    List<Opportunity> oppsToUpdate = [

    SELECT Id, CloseDate, LastStageChangeDate

    FROM Opportunity

    WHERE Id IN :oppIds AND IsClosed = TRUE AND CloseDate != LastStageChangeDate

    ];

    for (Opportunity opp : oppsToUpdate) {

    opp.CloseDate = opp.LastStageChangeDate;

    }

    if (!oppsToUpdate.isEmpty()) {

    update oppsToUpdate;

    }

    }

    }

    This Apex class exposes Opportunities with CloseDate ≠ LastStageChangeDate.

    • Build Autolaunched Flow or Scheduled Path
    • Get Records → All Closed Opportunities where CloseDate ≠ LastStageChangeDate. You can skip this in Flow and pass in all Closed = TRUE Opps to the Apex
    • Pass the Opportunity IDs to the Apex action
    • Apex updates CloseDate for any mismatches

    Option 2: Use a Batch Apex Job, if you have very large data sets more than thousands

I'm getting the below error,

"

We can’t find a permission set named ‘Sales_Orders’ or we can’t find the right permissions in it. Make sure you completed all of the step-by-step instructions in this unit."

Can someone help me to get rid of this?

  • Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language
    •

      1. Click the Setup icon, then click Setup.
      2. Type flows in the search, then click Flows (under Process Automation).
      3. Click Create Check-in Guest Event.
      4. Click the Unified Link 1 element, then click Edit Element.
      5. For Data Source, choose Data Cloud Object.
      6. For Data Space, choose default. <----- it wont allow me to choose Default, thus halts me from everything else
      7. For Object, choose Unified Link Individual ccid.
