Hi! Does anyone have a solution for prospects viewing a specific page and receiving a specific email? Page actions do not have this option, and I would only want the prospect to receive the email after viewing the page for the first time.

    Hi Helena, 

    You may simply add a tag from the Page Action Completion Action, and create an Automation Rule with this tag as a criteria, and send the email from there.

Hi, 

  

I have a scheduled trigger flow that sends email to Customers(Person Account) who has missing information for visa/transfer/language test etc. (these are checkboxes) on

Booking

object(Opportunity) and Customers can have multiple bookings. Booking has a custom email count field that updates when an email has been sent. When I tested it with my test records it is working but as soon as i activate it is throwing DLRS error for that broke the flow. 

 

Flow error- dlrs.RollupServiceTest4Trigger: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded 

 

I found the "

RollupServiceTest4Trigger

" trigger in Task object but don't know how to deactivate it or what is the reason behind this error. Could you please help?

How can we customize the page layout for when we Add a new product from the Product Workspace? 

No Product2 Page Layout(s) is being applied, neither is any Lightning Record Page layout. 

 

The Product Workspace page layout is a disorganized mess and shows fields we don't want to see there :/ 

 

Again, I'm not talking about the normal Products tab but the Add product layout in the Product Workspace.

Has anyone managed to get an updated version so that the API meets the minimum requirement for the ICU Locales? 

 

I have a client who is still running Apex Classes with API Version 43.  Their Sandbox is due an update now and their Production org is mid June (as is similar timeframe for all), but I'm concerned that having checked there isn't an update available at the moment and the impact this may have on the current use. 

 

Appreciate an update if anyone has one.

I have created a new org for the Apex callout superbadge challenge and followed all steps as mentioned. I have created the batch class WellnessJourneyRewardsBatch and RewardsCalloutService Apex classes and respective test classes as well. Test claases has >90% coverage. But when i run all tests, the existing test classes of the managed package failing with below error message. 

"System.AssertException: Assertion Failed: Expected: Success!, Actual: Credentials are already set!"--->IntegrationSB.ExternalCredentialServiceTest 

I tried to check my code and didnt find anything which cause the issue, so I tried creating a new org. Before creating any class, i first ran all test in the new org and I noticed another test class failing. When I did this step as mentioned in the instructions "Click the Setup button within the Lightning web component provided." and ran all test classes again that initial class is also failing now. I am stuck with this. Can someone please guide how can I resolve this issue?

    I have checked all above possibilities, but thats not helping

    • When I try running All tests right after creating the org, "FormulaEvaluatorTest" class is failing
    • When I run All test after clicking the Setup button under Setup credentials for Outbound Integration Superbadge as per the instruction, the other test class also fails.
    • This is happening before adding any of my code.

Hello, I need help. I'm trying to create a flow to save the PDF information in notes & attachments from the quote to the opportunity, but I'm facing some difficulties. Here is the screenshot of the flow I created. This quote I used in the debug has 2 files in notes and attachments, but the flow is not finding them. I appreciate any help in advance.

    Thank you for responding. The sales representative can generate several versions of the PDF until a final version is accepted by the client. The requirement would be to save the last version, which is currently saved in the quote in the opportunity. The sales representative do not want to click too many times to reach the quote, so they would like an easier way to view this, which would be to save only one document in the opportunity.  

     

    I discovered in my research that the file is not saved in the content document link but in attachments. When I ran a query, I found that the document was there, but I am unable to create a copy for the opportunity. I am getting this error from the screenshot. Do you have any idea what it could be or how I can resolve it?

Hello Community,  

 

A lead is created in Salesforce via an API flow, the lead then has a queue as its owner, a pop-up is then triggered by omnichanel to warn users in the queue. The user can then accept or reject the lead. 

The pop-up shows the user's name (see screenshot). And when I go to the lead, I see that the lead has been automatically assigned to the user in the queue, even though the user hasn't yet accepted it. I want the lead to remain on the queue and when the user accepts then the owner passes from the queue to the user who has accepted.  

In the settings : 

- no automatism that would modify the owner 

- Automatically accept work requests is unchecked

I have create a custom list view button on standard object to perform update action on status of selected records. This list view button is triggering flow and performing the action. I have done this and checked this with internal user in lightning experience and it seems to be working fine. But for my community user (not guest user), buttons are visible on list view, yet they are not clickable or any action happens when i click on them.

I have even put the debug logs on user, but it is not triggering the flow at all. About permissions, OWD for my standard object for community is public read/write. Permission set which is assigned to community user is having 'run flow' access as well, flow access and object level access is also read/edit. For profile, it's standard profile, i.e. Partner community user which is not editable for user. That's why using permission set.

I have tried debugging the flow but as it is receiving multiple recordIds, it's not receiving input param of recordId that's why can't trust those logs.

Can anyone help me out, what else could be missing here to have my flow not getting triggered from List view button on community. Again, it's working fine from internal user.

 

Even someone from salesforce team can confirm that this feature isn't compatible for community yet. So, I can move forward considering that this is one of Salesforce limitation. However, I have spend 3 days behind this, trying to find any solution. But nothing seems to work.

    Were you able to resolve this issue? I am also facing the same issue. I have a screen flow which is kept at the community page as a flow element and it is working fine. But the same flow is not getting called from the custom button placed at the Related list view on the community.

We’re looking for guidance on configuring the MuleSoft JMS connector to read IBM MQ messages in raw binary format. This is to address a specific requirement where mainframe jobs are placing messages on MQ with RFH2 headers.

The default IBM MQ connector attempts to parse these messages and fails due to the presence of the RFH2 headers. Based on our research and MuleSoft documentation, one of the recommended approaches is to use the JMS connector instead of the IBM MQ connector, or alternatively, implement a custom Java class to handle the message payloads correctly.

Has anyone encountered a similar scenario and successfully configured the JMS connector to handle such messages without parsing errors? Any code snippets, configuration tips, or guidance on handling RFH2 headers with MuleSoft would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Mykhailo Vdovychenko - We were able to solve this by using native IBM MQ API rather than JMS based connector. In our use case we need the information contained in the RFH2 header and the JMS connector was unable to parse the message properly. We believe this is a limitation of JMS based connector. Please let us know of your thoughts. Thank you for your response
